Information memorandum on the processing of personal data

I. Purpose, legal basis, and retention period

The primary purpose of processing is to enable contracts between the Controller and its clients and, in that context, to comply with statutory requirements.

Identification data requested from clients:

• Natural person: name, birth name, place and date of birth, mother's birth name, nationality, and permanent address (or temporary address in its absence).
• Legal entity: name, abbreviated name, registered office, branch address, principal activity, names and positions of authorised representatives, registration number, tax number, and representative's details.
• Every client: address details, email address, identity-document data, and declarations concerning politically exposed persons (PEP) and beneficial ownership.

Overview of processing purposes:

1. Investment-gold records * Legislation: Section 76 of Act No. 222/2004 Coll. on VAT * Period: 10 years from the end of the year in which the transaction took place.
2. Prevention of money laundering (AML) * Legislation: Act No. 297/2008 Coll. on protection against the legalisation of proceeds of crime * Period: 5 years after termination of the contractual relationship or execution of the transaction.
3. Performance of contracts and order management * Legislation: Commercial Code and Civil Code * Period: For the duration of the contractual relationship and obligations.
4. Accounting * Legislation: Accounting Act * Period: 10 years after the year concerned.
5. Marketing * Legal basis: Consent granted * Period: Until consent is withdrawn, for a maximum of 5 years.

II. Recipients and transfers of data

We provide this data to third parties only where required by law (Financial Administration of the Slovak Republic, Financial Intelligence Unit), to service providers (accounting office, IT support), and to delivery companies.

Personal data is stored electronically on servers operated in Hungary. The Controller does not transfer personal data to a third country or international organisation.

III. Information about the rights of the data subject

In connection with the processing of personal data, the data subject has the following rights, which may be exercised at info@legyenaranyad.eu:

1. Right of access: The right to obtain confirmation that data is processed and a copy of the records.
2. Right to rectification: The right to correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data.
3. Right to erasure: The right to have data erased when it is no longer needed or consent has been withdrawn.
4. Right to restriction: The right to block data while its accuracy is verified.
5. Right to data portability: The right to receive data in a structured format.

The use of CCTV is governed by a separate Internal Directive on CCTV Operation. The data subject may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Galvaniho 7/B, Bratislava).
