Storage or delivery?

I personally believe that clients should keep their gold themselves.

Of course, beyond a certain quantity it is no longer sensible to store it at home. In that case, we can arrange storage with our Austrian wholesaler, which is included in our service. If we decide to store gold ourselves, it is important to ensure the minimum conditions required.

Besides security, appropriate humidity is one such condition. Most packaging is airtight, but Heimerle's is not. Unlike most packaging, Heimerle's withstands physical wear better, but it can unfortunately become mouldy or water-damaged.

The gold itself was unharmed, but repackaging will certainly cost a few euros.
